1 cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.
Chicken Cheese Ball:
2 packs of Cream cheese
1 pack of dry ranch dip mix
1 large can of white meat chicken.
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Directions: Let your cream cheese soften(just a little, for easier mixing). Combine the cream cheese, ranch packet, and chicken(drained). Mix well. Form it into a ball and roll in chopped pecans until covered. Cover and let it sit in fridge for about 30 min. Serve with your favorite crackers. I use Wheat thins and Ritz crackers.
Cream cheese & Pepper Jelly
This is one of the easiest appetizers!
1 package of cream cheese (psst.. Sweet Grass Dairy ‘little moo’ a local favorite)
Your favorite pepper Jelly- We make our own but there are so many local places where you can easily grab a jar of homemade!
Crackers- I like wheat thins
Directions: Place the cream cheese on a serving dish, pour your favorite pepper jelly on top and enjoy!
